The role
To provide comprehensive and flexible business and administrative support to Business Development Director and the Sales Department.

Job responsibilities
This job description represents the usual duties and requirements of the position; however, the job holder may be required to perform other duties in line with their capability, training and level of authority.
Sales Support is a key role and works closely with the Business Development Director serving as a point person with regards to internal and external enquiries, sales quotes and presentations, project budgets and assist with the internal planning and management of new projects.

Core Duties:

Respond to queries as and when required and escalate to the Business Development Director, in order to provide a timely and accurate service to clients.
Provide support with drafting proposals and presentations.
Provide support with email correspondence and admin.
Assist with cross referencing client delivery expectations with in-house capabilities.
Schedule and attend Meetings.
Update and review activity schedules as a project develops, communicating changes to internal team members.
Ensure all project/contact and client records are kept up to date in New Business folders on SharePoint.
Maintain and update databases.
Provide support drafting and updating posts, stories and other material for company social media channels.
Provide support with direct mail campaigns to capture new business and established new industry relationships.
Additional tasks and duties as required by the Business Development Director and the Sales Team including general admin.

Develop and maintain an awareness of H&S documents relating to your role including but not limited to the H&S Policy
To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work
To undertake duties and responsibilities in full accordance with the organisation's H&S policy and procedures
To co-operate with policies and procedures to enable the organisation to comply with its obligation under H&S legislation.
To report immediately to your line manager any defects in equipment or the working environment and report areas of risk
