Senior Building Surveyor

An established yet small Building Consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is seeking a personable Senior Building Surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running.

Based in Reading, this role will suit a Building Surveyor with experience in local authority and/or education sector projects, and a desire to progress their career towards Associate Director.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

Joining a talented and welcoming team, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a broad mix of education, local government and commercial (a growing area for this employer) projects, carrying out a mixture of traditional building surveying roles and project bias (contract administration) services.

The Senior Building Surveyor

* Completed a RICS accredited/ Surveying degree

* 5+ years' experience

* Previous experience working for a UK Building Consultancy

* Education or Local Council project experience preferred
