Property Claims Handler required to join an award winning independent insurance firm due to impressive growth.

As Property Claims Handler you will deal with a wide range of building insurance claims, incuding commercial and residential properties, and manage the insurance claims journey from start to finish.

You will advise policyholders on how to make claims, log new notifications, and update all records accurately on the system. You will be required to monitor the progress of the claims and make sure all claims information is submitted accuratley to the insurer. You will also be tasked with sending out site surveyors and organising site inspections where required.

The successful candidate will ideally have some previous property claims experience or building repair work. You will have the ability to negotiate ensuring claims are resolved expediently that result in fair outcomes whilst being able to deliver a high level of customer service.
