Join a high-impact engineering team at the forefront of defence innovation. As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting programmes across the full lifecycle. From early-stage concepts to system integration and validation, you'll lead the design and delivery of advanced, mission-critical systems.

In this role, you'll apply Model-Based Systems Engineering techniques to architect complex systems, capture requirements, and ensure seamless integration across multiple domains. You'll work closely with stakeholders, translating operational needs into robust technical solutions and driving clarity through the project lifecycle.

You'll also contribute to risk management, regulatory compliance, technology assessment, and documentation—ensuring quality and performance standards are met at every stage. A strong understanding of UK defence acquisition frameworks.

Tools - DOORS or Dimensions RM is essential.

We're looking for strategic thinkers with a solid grounding in defence systems, strong communication skills, and experience working across Defence Lines of Development.
