Our client is a SaaS market leader who support the multi-billion global recruitment industry. Put simply they have the tools/proposition, expertise and solutions to ensure their clients execute a winning recruitment strategy. 

Their solutions support companies with more indepth interviewing and initial selection tools; learning and development course to develop professionals to ensure they invest in their people and enhance their employee retention. 

They are looking for intelligent, customer-centric professionals who are inquistive and determined to esnure their clients receive the highest standards of service. 

Whilst we are ideally looking for professional with previos sales or account management experience our client has enjoyed success onboarding bright graduates with strong commercial acument as well as Customer Services professionals working in a target driven enviornment. They have welcomes many SDR's and lead generation Executives who no longer want the cold-calling and a more consultative approach and the thrill of renewing and closing deals. Also they are completely open to sales professionals in different sectors looking to make the move into SaaS sales.

The role will involve plenty of variety and you will supporting existing clients, cross-selling, up-selling and leading to renewing their annual subscription.

This role is 100% Account Management (no new business or cold-calling) working the UK+I market looking after 80-100 clients across the UK
