I am looking for a Roofing Surveyor to join an independent contractor based across the West Midlands. The Roofing Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys and supervising the operatives on up to 200 commercial properties. This role offers longevity and personal progression.

Roofing Surveyor duties:

Oversee a small team of roofers carrying out the day to day repairs works
Supervise the team who are putting up and taking down scaffolding
Scan the roof for defects and maintenance issues
Write up reports regarding your findings and give recommendations via method statements and risk assessments
What is required for the role:

SSSTS/ Supervisory qualifications and/or experience
Knowledge surrounding roofing works and maintenance
IPAF, NEBOSH PASMA - all desirable
