The Role - Learning Support Assistant (SEN)

In this Learning Support Assistant (SEN) role, you will support pupils across the school by helping them access learning in a structured and nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Assisting with behaviour management and emotional support
• Supporting communication and social development
• Helping teachers deliver engaging and accessible lessons
• Working closely with the SEN team and wider support staff
