A friendly and welcoming one-form-entry primary school in Potters Bar is looking for a passionate KS2 Teacher (Year 3/4) to join the team on a part-time, temporary basis from April until the end of the academic year.

Hours & Pay:

Wednesdays and Thursdays - 08:30 to 15:30

Daily rate: £170 - £240 (dependent on experience, Main Pay Scale for London Fringe)

About the Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching to Year 3/4 pupils while creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment. Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering stimulating lessons across the KS2 curriculum

Assessing and tracking pupil progress

Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

Maintaining a structured, inclusive, and welcoming classroom

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified teacher with KS2 experience (Year 3/4 preferred)

Passionate about inspiring and supporting pupils' growth

Flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive

Strong communicator and team player
