Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Overview:
We're working with a well-established and highly respected M&E contractor that continues to win significant work across London. Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, they're now looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage multiple CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects, with values of up to £2 million, all within Central London. The ideal candidate will be technically sound, commercially aware, and confident leading projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical projects across multiple commercial schemes

Oversee project delivery ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met

*

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams throughout the project lifecycle

*

Prepare and review technical submittals, and manage the RFI process effectively

*

Monitor project progress, report on financials, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards

*

Manage subcontractors and supply chain relationships to ensure smooth site operations

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering CAT A/B commercial fit-out projects in London

*

Strong understanding of technical submittals, design coordination, and raising RFIs

*

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

*

Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills

*

Background in building services or M&E contracting is essential
