We are welcoming applications for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy local HR team initially for a 6-month period.
The role
As our Human Resources Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across all HR functions. You'll help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment coordination to maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters
Assist with the onboarding and induction process for new hires
Help administer employee benefits and track leave and absences
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislationRequirements:

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus
A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented approach
