You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Mental Health conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recover pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.

You will work on shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm, 3-4 days a week including weekends. Permanent, full-time, 35 weekly hours contract.

Holkham House provides a specialist residential service for all gender identities who have a learning disability, or who are autistic, and have behaviours which, due to their diagnosis may be of concern/distress. Residents may also have profound and multiple communication difficulties, sensory impairments and physical health problems.
