Transport Compliance Administrator
Location: Pinxton
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (some flexibility available)
Contract Type: Permanent, Fixed-Term Contract or Temporary
Start Date: Immediate

We are working with a long-established business in Pinxton seeking a Transport Compliance Administrator to join their team. This position has become available following the departure of a team member who had been with the company for over 25 years. As such, this is a vital hire into the Transport Compliance function, and they are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensuring all transport operations comply with road transport legislation, DVSA regulations, and other relevant standards

* Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, including driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and accident reports

* Providing guidance and support to transport staff on compliance matters

* Processing and maintaining compliance-related data across internal systems

* Acting as a point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding compliance issues

* Delivering training to staff on compliance best practices

* Implementing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience working within transport compliance is essential

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* Good working knowledge of road transport regulations and compliance standards

* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

* Confident with data entry and maintaining accurate records

* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
