Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. HR Manager/Director to join their team. The person in this role plays a key role on the HR team, providing guidance and support to senior managers, supervisors and front-line staff on a wide variety of business initiatives including employee relations, investigations, training and development, compensation and organizational development. The Sr. HR Manager/Director must be effective building strong relationships across the organization, have strong critical-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, able to multi-task, drive business performance, pays strong attention to detail, and is able work in a fast paced environment providing best-in-class customer service to employees. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
HR Manager/Director Duties
. Must access current and future talent needs and develop plans and programs to address gaps by working with managers and external recruiters to effectively source candidates.
. Ensure that organizational structures are aligned with business goals and roles are clearly defined and aligned with key priorities.
. Support business Leaders in the implementation or execution of initiatives that drive staff engagement, reinforce company culture and build employee commitment.
. Set exemplary standards of ethics and stewardship of the company resources by supporting the company philosophies, policies, practices and goals.
. Perform annual review and make recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
. Develops and deliver management training programs and facilitates the implementation of change management initiatives.
. Maintains knowledge of industry trends
. Assists in the annual review, preparation and administration of the performance management process
. Consults with leaders and guides decision-making key areas such as performance management, coaching, organizational design, data analysis, engagement, total rewards and learning/development.
