Sales Assistant - Immediate Start
In the Sales Assistant role, you will handle face to face inquiries and talk to our client's customers to generate leads for the sales process. You will need to listen to the customer and ask them open questions to establish what they are wanting from our client's range of betting products and services.
Significant Responsibilities Of The Sales Assistant
Dealing with customer queries on a face to face basis
To support the customer in choosing the right solution for them, by providing in-depth product knowledge
The ability to recognize sale opportunities/ leads and implement the required steps to close the deal where necessary
Skills Required For This Role
Ability to empathize with customers and understand what they require
Time management and organizational skills - ability to prioritize tasks quickly and efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will have regular contact with customers
High personal and work standards - attention to detail and accuracy of records
Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment
Ambitious and excited to learn and develop yourself professionally
Experience Required For The Role
Ideally, you will have experience in a customer focused environment or equivalent.
The experience of using computer systems on a day to day basis.
A proven and strong work ethic
A keen interest in customer service, working with people, building rapport and providing excellent customer service, help and support for our client's buyers
