Salary: £50000 - £60000/annum

Iveco Retail are seeking an experienced Group Parts Manager to manage and supervise the parts department and develop and implement the Group Parts strategy. Your ultimate aim is to build and run a profitable parts department and provide exceptional customer service.

Commutable from: Heathrow, Reading, Farnborough, Croydon

Salary: £ 50,000 - £ 60,000 p.a. + Company Car + Pension

The Role

The Group Parts Manager will supervise all aspects of the parts department and improve the customer through the addition of new customers. The Group Parts Manager will identify all possible channels of sale, monitor and control logistics activity and analyse sales trends and margin-linked opportunities to maximise profitability.

You will provide leadership which ensures all daily processes to be monitored including customer sales, internal parts sales, inventory control, parts purchasing, vendor relations and effective pricing strategy.

The Group Parts Manager will conduct and develop training that allows the parts team of increase their product knowledge, sales skill base and IT skills to ensure effectively delivery.

The Person

The successful applicant will have experience of leading a parts focused operation in the commercial vehicle arena, preferably multi-site and be a proficient CDK/Kerridge user.

The Group Parts Manager will have proven knowledge of the parts industry for commercial vehicles (light and/or heavy) and be able to lead and develop a team to deliver excellent customer service both internally to the Depot sites and to external customers.

You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and be able to work across the London based Depot sites (Heathrow, Farnborough, Croydon, Reading) with the flexibility to nominate preferred Depot as your daily 'home'.

You will possess a full driving licence to support the travelling requirements for role.
