Behaviour Mentor - The Role
We're looking for a nurturing and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a forward-thinking primary school in Redbridge. You will support individual pupils (mainly KS2) with SEMH needs, delivering 1:1 sessions and group interventions that encourage positive behaviour and engagement. You'll work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and parents to create consistent support plans.
