Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for Executives at our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of the Executives
  • Arrange conference calls, webex, and meetings with the Executive offices of our clients and partners
  • Draft communications to clients regarding upcoming meetings and events
  • Follow up with other executive assistants to confirm appointments
  • Build relationships with our client's executive assistants
  • Plan travel details following client travel policies as needed
  • Track expenses related to travel and submit expense reports to clients for reimbursement

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a senior executive assistant (10+ years)
  • Must have experience working with C-Level executive offices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong self starter with good organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and operate in the "gray" area
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in supporting Information Technology companies a plus

Job Requirements:

  • This is a work from home position
  • Expecting initial workload to be 50% of time (20 hours/week)
  • Requires flexible hours as we have people and clients in different timezones
  • Position will be a contractural/1099 relationship
  • Contractor to provide their own computer, phone, internet, and basic office supplies
