Job Opportunity - 2 x Business Analysts (SC Cleared)

We are looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join a major transformation programme within a Big Data and Analytics environment. These roles are client-facing, working directly with senior stakeholders, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to map AS-IS and TO-BE user journeys, identify pain points, and prioritise requirements.
• Develop detailed user stories and functional/non-functional requirements for accurate sizing and cost estimation.
• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and maintain governance disciplines to meet deadlines.
• Work flexibly across projects and programmes as directed.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Active SC Clearance (or eligible for transfer).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Experience with ALM tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Previous experience in central government projects and modernisation initiatives.
• Preferred: Background in Big Data and Analytics environments.
