The Role - Year 5 Teacher

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a key role in developing pupils' confidence and academic abilities as they prepare for Upper Key Stage 2. You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver stimulating and well-structured lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child thrives.

* Implement effective assessment strategies to track progress and provide targeted support.

* Develop pupils' critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

* Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

What We're Looking For

A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).

Experience teaching KS2, ideally Year 5.

A passion for education, with a creative and engaging teaching approach.

Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

A commitment to collaboration, continuous professional development, and high expectations.
