The Group Chief Information Security Risk Officer (CISRO) organisation is instrumental in protecting and ensuring the resilience of Standard Chartered Bank's data and IT systems by managing information and cyber security (ICS) risk across the enterprise. As a critical function reporting into the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the Office of the CISRO serves as the second line of defence for assuring ICS controls are implemented effectively and in accordance with the ICS Risk Framework and for instilling a culture of cyber security within the Bank. The Group CISRO is responsible for ICS governance, strategy, policy, awareness, training, risk assessments, red teaming, third party security risk, industry partnerships, and regulatory engagement. In addition, the team of Information Security Risk Officers (ISRO) reports to the CISRO and performs a pivotal role as an extension of the CISRO in supporting the ICS risk management strategy, governance, advisory and assurance roles that face off to the Client Services, Regions, and Functions. The Office of the CISRO is central to ensuring the Bank's ability to meet its ICS commitments to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, as well as maintaining an acceptable ICS risk profile that is regularly reported to the Board.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Calendar management

• Travel arrangements - flight & hotel bookings, visas, travel itineraries etc.

• Prepare correspondences, organise meetings, conferences & development of presentations

• Booking of meeting rooms, preparation and printing of materials for key meetings

• Coordinate conference room bookings and catering arrangements for meetings

• Checking and approving requests (e.g. SRM, ePro, T&Es).

• Prepare and submit expense claims through the Bank's online system.

• Participate in meetings and take minutes and record actions for distribution to meeting participants, as required

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting a team of senior people working with global time zones and customers

• Possess a positive, flexible and collegiate approach with the ability to contribute to the teams

• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels, demonstrating confidence in dealing with senior staff across the Group

• Proactive and strong administrator and organiser, with excellent attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills

• Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines. Adaptable to last minute and developing events whilst still maintaining composure

• Able to exercise good judgment in handling various issues on priority basis, and meet tight deadlines

• Reliable, self-motivated, intuitive and proactiveQ

• Logical, organised, reactive, detail orientated and able to concurrently address multiple priorities

• Good Microsoft Outlook skills
