About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter to join our team, working across a range of commercial sites in East London and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, a company vehicle with personal use, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, and repair commercial plumbing and heating systems

*

Carry out pipefitting duties including the installation of steel, copper, and plastic pipework

*

Work on both planned and reactive maintenance projects

*

Interpret technical drawings and specifications

*

Ensure all work is completed to high standards and complies with health and safety regulations

*

Liaise with clients, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a commercial plumber and/or pipefitter

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent

*

Good knowledge of commercial plumbing systems

*

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

*

Full UK driving licence (required)

Desirable:

*

Commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, etc.) - desirable but not essential

*

CSCS card

*

IPAF/PASMA certification
