This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a long-term framework supporting rail and civil renewals. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of works - from roads and bridges to tunnels and flood prevention schemes - all within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
*Supporting the commercial team across multiple active sites
*Preparing cost estimates and managing contract pricing
*Liaising with site managers and clients to resolve commercial issues
*Overseeing subcontractor accounts and change control
*Administering NEC and bespoke rail contracts
*Delivering CVRs and supporting final account processes
👷 What We're Looking For:
*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering
*Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management (HNC/HND/Degree)
*Familiarity with Rail contracts
*Contracting background (rail experience is a bonus but not essential)
