We are currently recruiting for a Planner to join a busy and supportive team based in Hitchin. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach who is looking for a fast-paced role within a well-established environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Scheduling and coordinating workloads for field-based teams

* Managing diaries and ensuring efficient allocation of jobs

* Liaising with operatives, subcontractors, and internal departments

* Handling incoming queries and resolving scheduling issues

* Updating systems accurately and maintaining clear records

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination (preferred)

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

* Good IT skills and attention to detail
