Business Protection Adviser

Salary: £35,000 + Generous Commission

Hours: Mon–Thu 10:00–18:30, Fri 09:30–16:30

We’re looking for an experienced Business Protection Adviser to join a growing, award-winning life and protection team. This is a client-focused role for someone who thrives on building relationships, providing tailored advice, and helping businesses protect what matters most.

What you’ll do as the Business Protection Adviser

• Advise business clients on shareholder protection, key person cover, executive income protection, relevant life, and group risk
• Manage the full advice process from fact-find to policy implementation
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
• Present solutions confidently to directors and decision-makers
• Maintain regulatory compliance and up-to-date product knowledge

About you the Business Protection Adviser

• Proven business protection experience (essential)
• Strong organisational, communication, and relationship skills
• Results-driven and commercially minded
• RO5 qualification desirable
• Confident working with high-net-worth individuals
