OVERVIEW:
• The Client Relationship Assistant will be responsible for providing full support to the Conveyancing department in order to ensure efficient operation.
• You will be experienced with using case management systems to prepare correspondences and using filing systems to file, open, close and retrieve client files.
• You will be attending to clients on the telephone and in person, and maintaining a strong relationship with new business introducers.
• You will be able to guide clients with the initial steps of their move.
• Other responsibilities include general administrative duties such as photocopying and scanning of paperwork and preparing mail and enclosures.
• As a successful candidate you will have administrative experience within residential conveyancing.
• You will also be able to demonstrate a desire to progress within the new business department and possess background in sales.
