You're in insurance sales, supporting the sales director and you get things done.
With your remit pure and simple. Make sure the sales department performs. And get rewarded well for your work.
No sticks are permitted. Only carrots.
You'll be coaching, coaxing, mentoring, Motivating, supporting, delegating. Optimising, reviewing, appraising. Leading.
You'll set sales targets. Look at sales, satisfaction and compliance trends and you'll deal with complaints where necessary.
