Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for equipment upgrades in the UK, Europe and IMEA regions.

* Managing the computer builds for all new computers and mobiles.

* Assisting with equipment activities with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver requests

* Hardware monitoring using key system monitoring tools to create proactive actions.

* Asset Management activities on all computer and mobile devices.

* Secure retirement and Disposal of computer and mobile devices.

* Assisting with projects relating to end user computing upgrades.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

* Knowledge of supporting and deploying Windows 11.

* Experience working with Microsoft Intune.

* Experience working with Active Directory or Entra ID.

* Experience in working within JAMF.

* Previous experience of working within a technical support role

* Knowledge of hardware monitoring tools

* Excellent communicator

* Excellent client service, time management and organisational skills.

* Flexible self-starter with can-do attitude.

* Highly collaborative, working comfortably as part of a team
