Job Title: Export / Import Dispatch Administrator

We're working with a well-established and growing logistics business who are looking to bring in an experienced Export / Import Dispatch Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.

This is a key role within the operation, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in international freight who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll take ownership of shipments from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating international export shipments from start to finish
• Supporting import processes where required
• Organising collections and deliveries with transport partners
• Preparing and checking export documentation (CMR, customs paperwork, etc.)
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and handling queries
• Tracking shipments and resolving any delays or issues
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Supporting with invoicing and general admin tasks

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within export freight / international logistics (essential)
• Strong understanding of export documentation and customs processes
• Experience supporting import operations (desirable)
• Background within logistics, transport or freight forwarding
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• Knowledge of Incoterms and EU shipping requirements
• Experience using freight or logistics systems
• Experience working across both import and export operations
