Finance Manager - Hybrid / Annesley, Nottinghamshire - £60,000 - £70,000

A highly successful business with offices throughout the UK requires a commercially minded Finance Manager to join them and support the Finance Director & Board to increase profitability and efficiency. This commercial Finance Manager will provide financial insights to the senior management team to drive the business performance forward. The ideal candidate will be Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified By Experience with an eye for detail, and the ability to support the commercial team and the board with financial guidance and strategic initiative. You will be experienced in budgeting and forecasting, know what good looks like in terms of KPI's, and be strong on Excel and modelling.

Key Area's of the Role:

• Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost management, and performance metrics.
• Support senior management and provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reports and present trends and insights to senior management.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• KPI reporting and improvement, monitoring performance against forecasts and undertaking variance analysis.
• Ad hoc projects including supporting M&A activity.
