The role

As a Senior Civil Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Managing and delivering multiple civil engineering projects efficiently and on budget

Leading designs using 3D software, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations

Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers

Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages

Supporting the consultancy's growth through high-quality delivery and client engagement

What you'll bring

We're looking for a technically strong, proactive engineer with excellent leadership and project management skills.

You'll need:

A degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng)

Proven experience in highways, drainage, or infrastructure design

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Experience managing projects from concept through to completion
