Head of Housing - Interim (Contract Length TBC) - Hybrid Working Pattern - Midlands - Day rate DOE

A close client of mine has reached out to myself to assist them in their search for a Head of Housing to join their team on an interim basis.

Previous experience in:

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Public Sector.
Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership working skills.
Extensive knowledge of housing regulations and best practice

Your roles and responsibilities would include:

Leading the Property Department in the development and implementation of housing services strategies.
Ensuring the effective delivery of housing services in line with organisational objectives.
Directing the preparation and management of the department's annual budget.
Responding to and resolving complex housing issues.
Developing policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
