• Deliver full Principal Designer and CDM advisory services

• Lead design reviews and influence design risk management

• Support clients across commercial, mixed-use and regeneration projects

• Build strong relationships with designers, contractors and stakeholders

• Produce CPPs, Pre-Construction Information and design-related documentation

• At least 4 years CDM / Principal Designer experience

• Strong understanding of CDM 2015

• NEBOSH General, Construction or equivalent safety qualification

• Excellent report writing and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
