- Carry out stock condition surveys & EPCs
- Work closely with fieldwork managers and data analysts
- Complete QA checks, reinspection's & compliance assessments
- Support asset management advice and reporting

🎓 What You'll Bring:
- Residential surveying or building background
- Experience with large-scale surveys & data capture systems
- Strong attention to detail + analytical mindset
- Relevant qualifications (RICS/CIOB/DEA/NEBOSH) are a bonus - training provided
