Behaviour Support Mentor
37 hours a week, permanent
Monday – Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm
Term time plus 5 inset days
Scale 5 Point 12-17, £30,743 - £33,349
Actual Salary £26,767 - £29,036 per annum
We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Mentor to work as part of a team supporting behaviour and inclusion in school and to provide individual support or activities for students in danger of becoming disaffected or disengaged.
The successful candidate will be passionate about mentoring and supporting students and have experience of working with young people with the ability to manage and motivate students whilst ensuring that the schools behaviour policy is adhered to.
