We are looking for Senior Consultants across multiple disciplines including Operations, Finance and Commercial. However we are always open to speaking to great people in the market.
Responsibilities
Alongside expected recruitment activities you will also:
* Continuously developing your understanding of your market and the disciplines you recruit
* Using sales and business development techniques to network and attract business for yourself and wider Jackson Hogg team
* Knowledge sharing with colleagues and wider team
* Supporting and mentoring team members in their roles and support with the training of new members of staff / trainees
* Adhering to Jackson Hogg values and mission with particular focus on consistently exceeding expectations and delivering through care, trust and respect
Person specification
* Experience of handling numerous clients and experience of delivering excellent service to all clients and candidates
* Thorough and deep understanding of your specialist vertical
* Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
* Business development capability with evidence of winning new clients and generating revenue
* Successful account management and development experience which has enabled enhanced service delivery
* Compelling and validated sales, negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent market knowledge and a strong level of understanding around the technical aspects of the roles you support
* Outstanding presentation skills, experienced in winning new business via pitching to a new client
* Immersed knowledge of the other areas of the organisation, showing capability of introducing our other services to new and existing clients
* Proven ability to inspire your team to be driven, desired and delivering
