The Business to Business Sales Representative position is a multifaceted role. L23 Networks promotes within therefore the opportunity to expand your role is limitless. As a B2B Sales Representative you will be working closely with existing and new clients to drive sales, increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
Responsibilities of a B2B Sales Representative:
- Regularly attend client meetings for product knowledge, account performance reviews and goal setting.
- Fully comprehend products and services to satisfy customer questions
- Promptly follow-up on leads
- Secure relationships with existing clients by contacting them about existing products/services; as well as assessing their needs for additional features and upgrades.
- Prospect for potential customers and establish relationships using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings.
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
- Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to company management on competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
High School Diploma required
- Minimum of One years’ experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Must be proficient and have proven record of:
- Meeting Sales Goals
- Closing Skills
- Territory Management
- Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
- Moderate computer and software skills for basic data entry
- Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong Presentation and Prospecting Skills
