A Residential Deputy Children's Home Manager is required to support a very visible senior management team, and help lead a friendly residential childcare team is a reputable home holding a GOOD OFSTED rating.

Details of this position and what the successful candidate will receive:

40 hours per week on day shifts (Predominantly Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)
A competitive annual salary of £29,000 (Overtime benefits and loyalty bonus)

Have completed a recognised NVQ Level 3 (Children and Young People) qualification
An experienced Senior Care Assistant with experience of supervision of staff would be considered
A strong leader with the strength of character and vision to implement lasting change and improvements
Committed to delivering the best possible service possible to children living in the home
