Are you an experienced Planned Works Supervisor?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partenered with one of the largest Property Services contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Planned Works Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Planned Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly supervising on-site workers, subcontractors and trade personnel to ensyre that all works are being performed efficiently and safely.

What are we looking for?

* At least 5 years experience of internal planned works delivery

* At least 5 years experience in managing direct labour and subcontractors

* Valid SMSTS

* UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities:

* Directly supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and trade personnel to ensure that all activities are performed efficiently and safely.

* Foster a positive team environment and maintain clear communication among all site personnel.

* Monitor progress against the project schedule and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines.

* Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to ensure all workers adhere to health and safety regulations.
