A specialist SEMH school in Dover is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their KS1 & 2 team and support pupils who require a nurturing, trauma-informed and therapeutic approach to education.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a setting where behaviour is understood as communication and where every child is supported to re-engage with learning, build emotional regulation and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: SEN Teacher

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs
Create a calm, structured and predictable learning environment
Use restorative and trauma-informed approaches to support behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with support staff, therapists, SENCOs and families
Track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

** QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - Essential

** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students

** £130 - £200 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only

** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship
