Required Experience:

At least 5 years' proven experience in Building Services and MEP coordination, with an emphasis on BIM.
Technical Competence:

Skilled in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, industry standards, and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.
Highly capable in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Role Responsibilities:

3D BIM Modelling: Create, update, and refine 3D MEP service models.
Clash Detection: Use software such as Navisworks to detect, document, and resolve conflicts in the BIM environment.
Coordination & Workflow: Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain project progress and quality
