About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our expanding operations team based out of Newcastle. In this role, you will lead the delivery of commercial HVAC installation and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery for HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, heating).

*

Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and effective coordination.

*

Oversee procurement, site logistics, and contractor performance.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

*

Provide progress updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience managing HVAC projects within commercial or industrial settings.

*

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant building services.

*

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS Card, and full UK driving licence required.
