Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a successful industrial recruitment desk

Source, attract, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates

Deliver a consultative recruitment service tailored to client needs

*

Manage high-volume industrial recruitment campaigns

*

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

*

Consistently achieve branch targets and contribute to overall team performance

*

Develop a strong understanding of client requirements to deliver effective workforce solutions

*

Utilise networking and sourcing strategies to identify the best talent

*

Provide professional and transparent guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous; however, full training will be provided
