Job Summary

As a Software Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of software applications in staging and production environments.

The ideal candidate will preferably have software development or technical support experience, and experience in SCADA environments. In addition, knowledge of Panorama E2 Software would be preferred.

In this role, you will work on production and maintenance driven coding projects.
You will also develop tools to aid operations and maintenance and provide system and support status reporting.

Key Deliverables

• Design, build, test, and deploy software packages for Windows and virtualised environments
• Undertake design reviews and quality checks of designs produced by the engineering teams.
• Support the software configuration teams with delivery and help with resolving project technical issues.
• Produce config builds for deployment to either a testing environment, or an Electrical Control room.
• Attending internal meetings
• Help the team close out existing and new Bugs.
• Interface with all other elements of the project delivery teams, i.e., Software, Test, Installation, Project Management, Commercial, etc
