📦 Warehouse Operative - CV6 6AT
Hours: 08:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Type: Full-time, ongoing opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy clothing distribution centre in the CV6 area of Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who is looking for a stable, long-term role.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and packing clothing items using handheld scanners and pick sheets

• Ensuring all orders are packed to company standards, including correct labelling and presentation

• Working at a fast but accurate pace to meet daily targets

• Replenishing stock and maintaining an organised work area

• Assisting with general warehouse duties such as sorting, stacking, and basic housekeeping

• Following all site health & safety guidelines at all times

✔️ Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of ONE YEAR of pick & pack experience - please only apply if you meet this requirement

• Previous experience packing clothing or similar lightweight items is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift

• Good reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
