Hourly Rate: £21.40 per hour

Are you an experienced Plasterer looking for a rewarding role in social housing We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, delivering high-quality plastering services to occupied properties in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.

Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting health and safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to provide excellent service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in plastering, ideally within social housing.

NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent qualification).

Full UK driving licence.

Ability to work efficiently and professionally in occupied properties.
