The Firm
Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Secretary to join their team in the City of London. The firm is consistently recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for its outstanding real estate and litigation work.

The Opportunity
The successful Real Estate Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Commercial Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal department and contribute to the handling of a varied and high-quality caseload. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing legal documents, court forms, bundles, and correspondence
Audio and copy typing of legal documentation
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
Handling incoming calls and emails and liaising with clients
Assisting with the preparation of hearing documents and court filings
File management, including opening, maintaining, and closing case files
Conducting basic legal research and document review
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
Supporting fee earners with billing and time recordingThis Real Estate Secretary is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role is essential (essential)
