Attention all Structural Engineers!

We are currently working with a leading civil and structural Consultancy, who are looking for a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join their team in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to attend the London office on a hybrid basis whilst working on a variety of retail, commercial, refurbishment, and residential projects.

-Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

-Design and analyse structural systems that meet regulations, using appropriate materials and software.

-Monitor project progress and ensure work meets structural standards.

-Construct reports, drawings, and calculations using software such as Tekla, ETABS, and Revit.

-Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other professionals, and provide technical advice throughout the project.

-Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations.

What We Are Looking For:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with 3+ years post-graduate experience.

-Ideally previous experience working on commercial retrofit projects.

-Strong communications skills for client facing environments.

-Chartered or working towards chartered status with ICE or IStructE.

-Proven experience working on retail, commercial, refurbishment, and residential projects

-Proficient in structural analysis and design software, such as, Robot, Tekla, and STAAD.
