***Must have experience of working in a Special Needs school

***Long term post starting immediately - Strong possibility to become permanent role

***MPS/UPS plus SEN allowance (Daily rate between £165 to £250)

Role requirements - SEN Teacher - Northampton, Northamptonshire

Qualified Teacher Status from either a Primary or Secondary background with SEN experience.
Challenging behaviour is commonplace and a calm, understanding teacher who can assert themselves will be required.
There is plenty of support including several LSA's in each class plus an excellent leadership team who offer ongoing CPD.
A great understanding and high level of experience of working with SEN pupils is necessary!
