A well-known food manufacturer in the Coventry area is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in welding techniques to maintain their automated production lines.

Role & Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned maintenance as per the scheduled program.
Responding promptly to equipment failures to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Servicing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and process machinery.
Supporting production staff with basic machine upkeep and troubleshooting.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Mechanical maintenance experience in automated environments
Welding and fabrication skills
Fast-paced production experience
PLC troubleshooting expertise
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
