Our client is an established Tier 1 Main Contractor with a regional offices located around the country. I am currently assisting the East Midlands region, due to a number of new projects coming on board, located from Northampton to Leicester.
Our client operates within 3 key sectors; Health, Education & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £30 million.

About You:
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £7 million.
• Previous experience as an Quantity Surveyor as a number 1 or number 2.
• Reside within commutable distance of Northamptonshire/Leicestershire.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
